At Avon Estates Limited, the health and wellbeing of our owners, touring park guests and team members is our number one priority. We want to keep you updated regarding the continued media scrutiny around coronavirus(COVID-19).
We are pleased to confirm that we are very much open for business and looking forward to seeing you on park, and as you would expect we are following the situation closely and following Government guidance, which includes increasing the regularity of cleaning and providing additional hand washing products across our Parks. Our cleaning teams are focussed on sanitising all items that are commonly touched, such as doors handles, toilet flushes, facilities etc. We would ask for your support and co-operation for any inconvenience this additional cleaning may cause whilst on park.
To ensure you enjoy your time on park with us, we would ask that you remember that the holiday parks are for recreational use only. We would therefore ask anyone who is concerned that they may have encountered the virus and has symptoms, follow the Government advice and self-isolate. If any self-isolation is required, it is to be undertaken at your permanent residence for your safety, and the safety of others: self-isolation is not permitted on any of our holiday parks and anyone who tries will be asked to leave immediately.
If you have flu-like symptoms, please contact us to postpone your visit, and follow the Government stay at home guidelines. In this situation your deposit won’t be lost but can be used for another stay later in the year.Our Cancellation Policy is on the website.
