We are pleased to say Riverside Park is open and accepting bookings for touring and self-catering holidays. Our glamping pods remain closed for the remainder of 2020, however you can still book these from April 2021 onwards.
Please be aware that our toilet and shower facility block is currently closed so any touring bookings must have use of their own on-board facilities.

In accordance with the latest government guidance effective from Monday 14th September, the rule of 6 applies to all bookings. Please ensure you adhere to this at all times on the park. Please also ensure you keep 2m apart from anyone not from your own household or support bubble. Full guidelines can be read here.

As stated above, at the current time, our toilet and shower blocks remain closed so please don't make a booking unless you have your own on-board facilities.
Our popular River Taxi service is not currently running due to the restrictive social distancing guidelines.
The children's play area and crazy golf are open but we ask that you please adhere to social distancing and users enjoy these areas at their own risk.
The Muddy Oar bar is open (limited hours) for food and drink, pre-booking is advised at weekends (Tel: 01789 200166) There is a one-way system in operation here so we ask all customers to please follow this for everyone's safety.
We do appreciate that the current situation with the Covid-19 outbreak is unsettling to you; our valued guest. Therefore, Riverside Park is supporting every booking made with our Book with Confidence Guarantee.
The Book with Confidence Guarantee is free of charge and automatically applies to all new bookings made from 14/05/2020 direct through Avon Estates Ltd for 2020 and 2021, and you do not need to do anything.

Terms and conditions
The Book with Confidence Guarantee is only applicable on new bookings made on or after 14/05/2020, and for booking made direct through Avon Estates Ltd.
The ‘Guarantee Change Window’ allows any transfer or cancellation within the period of 28 days and 4 days prior to arrival. Should UK Government advice significantly change in the 4 days prior to arrival, we will reactivate the Guarantee for you.
All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged. If you choose to amend your holiday to different dates, should your new holiday be more expensive you will need to pay the difference at time of booking.
If you choose to cancel your holiday, you can only do this by emailing us, refunds will take up to 28 days to process.

The Avon Estates Cancellation Protection is a separate offer and remains available at the same time as this Guarantee.
